My big adventure!

I took the bus to the BIG grocery store today! And I did not miss the stop like last time.  Wheee I am so smart!  I got 2 quiches, a pizza that will do 2 meals, 2 microwavable burrito things (I know, I know, but they were 50% off lo), two chicken breasts, some individual chocolate mousse cups, shampoo & conditioner, organgina (duh lol), a yoghurt smoothie thing (it's like a litre size), and orange juice.  I absolutely had to go grocery shopping today; I had my last can of orangina last night and nearly cried when I realized it.  Absolutely cannot live without orangina.

Very exciting news! Michael BublĂ©'s Crazy Love Tour is coming to Vancouver on August 20th and Dad is getting me tickets! Dad: you should probably leave coffee early and wait until the mall is open.  Or if you prefer you can camp outside the night before with a shotgun to scare off anyone who thinks they are going to get my awesome seats.  It is a very nice area at night, that entrance by the youth center you know.  Don't be a snob!  They are lovely kids!

I booked my train ticket to Paris for the 13th to meet Cat.  17 euros including taxes and cancellation insurance.  Is at 6:30am though...boo! But worth it to have the day in darling Paris.  I love that city a ridiculous amount.  Micka says he knows a Canadian girl who is working for the Canadian Embassy in Paris and she just has a Bachelor's degree.  Hmmm...you don't say...maybe Michael BublĂ© and I will get married at the top of the Eiffel Tower...yes I think that would do quite nicely hehe.

Finally got my hands on some Salmon Rushdie today.  The English bookstore didn't have "Satanic Verses? which I reeeally wanted so I got "Midnight's Children" instead.  Can't wait to start reading it!  Well should probably go to bed...really want more orangina though...no! only 1 can a day.  Geez that stuff is worse than crack! Nighty night, don't let the bed bugs bite, and if they they do, take your shoe and beat them till they're black and blue!

bisous,
Darcy

We will look for a orangina support group for you when you get home. Oh, and when you tell us, at 24 years old, you went to the BIG grocery store all by yourself, you should know that you have two super proud parents here. It almost brings tears to our eyes.
